Sure, there are so many things to do at home - clean the house, tend the garden, fetch the children from school, make breakfast, do office work, and the list goes on. However, even home-based working moms have to go out and experience the outside world!

There are plenty of benefits that can be derived from travelling. Going to places can have a lot of positive effects on careers, relationships, and health, which happen to be very important to a working mother. Listing down all the possible benefits of travel would certainly consume a lot of time. But tackling the major ones should suffice for now.

If a trip were intended for business purposes, the obvious rewards shall include both financial and social benefits. Business journeys are normally formal and serious ones undertaken to meet clients, seal deals, etc. It may also be for the sole purpose of gaining wisdom and engaging in training. On the other hand, a vacation or holiday trip is something more relaxed and flexible. Such tours could be intended to strengthen the family bond, reward a newly graduated child, or visit a distant relative.

She can enjoy quality time with her family, as well as reward herself by going to the beach or driving to the countryside on a weekend.
